Ann: LNG Ltd Plans Dual Listing in USA, page-24

The main message in this Ann is a CR is not soon!

I believe the Co has made this announcement today in an effort to 'free up' the tight control the INSTOS are having ATM.

Perhaps their (instos) tight control was due to an expectation of a soon to be had CR, Insto therefore trying to put a lid on the sp.

We seem to have been held between $3.5 and $3.7 for some time, perhaps this announcement will allow the market to move up?
