Siv are you referring to the comments around the Board looking at options at the North American project level post the dual listing?

I mentioned in my post that I thought this was a reference to Maggy spin off into a MLP to create better value. Or it could also mean an equity sell down in Bear Head to fund the equity contribution, Fosters were thinking we would retain around 80% of BH.

Just in relation to your idea of having a cross listing with US as the main listing, not sure this works given this still has an Australian entity, LNG Limited, acting as the main listed entity. This may be less saleable than having a new real US entity, LNG Inc, list on an exchange under a dual listing structure. It also obviates any need to transfer assets which will trigger tax gains.
