Ann: LNG Ltd Plans Dual Listing in USA, page-40

Again though Im still confused having read yesterdays annoucement again this morning.

Why call it a dual listing and then say LNG Limited, the Australian entity, is to list on a US exchange?

Again this sounds like a cross listing to me, not a true "dual listing" in the technical sense of the word where you have an Australian entity listed on the ASX and a new US entity listed in the US and a sharing of liabilities and income between the two of them.

I guess we just wait for further details to come although can someone correct me if Im missing something here.
