Yes that's what I was refering to. I'd seen your comments but hadn't realised that you had picked up on the reference in the announcement and were not just throwing out ideas.
In the case of a cross listing with US as main listing there ceases to be an Australian entity. There is only one entity, the U.S. entity which is listed in the U.S. The Australian listing isn't the listing of a company it's the listing of CDI's: rights to ownership of shares in the U.S. entity. I agree tax may be an issue in this vs a dual listing, but the company has no revenue, just assets so that may not be a major issue at this stage in the game.
