If you read the announcement literally then LNG Limited the ASX entity will list fully on a US exchange and not trade on the OTC market. It seems people use cross listing and dual listing terminology interchangeably.

If so this means all LNGLF and LNGLY should just convert into normal stock that is traded on say the NYSE or other US exchange without you having to do anything.

Thinking this through implementing a true dual listing (eg creating a new US entity and listing that) would be a very complex exercise that would take many many months.

Just doing a cross listing would be the simpler option given the timeframes the Board is thinking about.
