Are you not contradicting yourself here. You say in order to be keeping up with others we need to be signing MOU’s, yet you say you are happy if we aren’t disclosing them for strategic reasons. So if we have been signing MOU’s and not disclosing them then it’s fine, but if we haven’t then it’s not. So how can you make a judgement then either way as to whether or not the team are doing a good job or not.
