just a few musings: this seems like a "let's look like we're doing something when actually nothing has changed" kind of move... re-domiciling seems to be a headline to cover the capital raising part... if there are powerful people behind this move, they could crush the ASX listed price to a minimum, before listing on the NASDAQ, to gain maximum %...
my overall take away from the announcement is that there is a capital raising and the value of the shares is going down. future success possibly more likely, but not sure...
