I think Greg has been trying to raise cash for the past few months and has failed, as a last ditch effort at survival he is going to list the Coy on the Nasdaq, not the sort of thing you would normally want to be doing when you are running down your cash big time,obviously if Greg was close to getting an offtake agreement this wouldn't even be on the radar, it was quite obvious when reading the companies newsletter that China is still the only game in town, unfortunately things had gotten so bad with the trade talks , that it is now being hailed as a breakthru the fact that both sides may start doing face to face talks again.
