We need more coal plants to shut than we do an end to the trade war. China and the US can exist without each other - they have the rest of the world to trade with and so does LNG. Energy is a global market.

Even with an end to the trade war the prospect of sales are slight with all the other factors lined up against us - the persistent glut, resurgence of nuclear and coal, better backed competition, lack of supply to Bear Head, dramatically falling price of storage...

LNG is now a 6 to 1 long shot imo.
