Really...? You believe that a company should only be listed in the same jurisdiction in which they have operations?
Just look around you and you will see plenty cases of companies listed on foreign exchanges to which they own assets.

There is no good reason not to dual list for $61k/year when half the shareholder base is here and the tax implications of transferring exchanges is uncertain. And there is only one good reason why a company would rather spend money to hire a broker to write a quarterly pump piece.
