    I agree. Money can be saved elsewhere and 61K is not alot. AGM's, reporting etc. is also not duplicated under dual-listed structure as some people think it is. It's like saying LNGLF/LNGLY is massively duplicating our costs which isn't true.

    If LNG is seeking the lowest tier of nasdaq listing standards, per the nasdaq capital market (rather than the higher tiers) it sees its future in penny stock land.
