Perhaps this will be the catalyst for others to sign up with LNGL. It may be just what is needed to convince customers that Magnolia is a legitimate project.

IMO this is when GV would have preferred to make the first announcement regarding Vietnam - it would most certainly have been price sensitive if that was the case.
