Couldn't agree more with your credibility rating of Mr Vesey. It's only a matter of time now before the paperwork gets sent to shareholders to put an end to this sorry situation. Someone asked me the other day why the share price is so low given there is a much higher takeover price on the table. The answer was pretty simple. How can anyone trust anything that gets put forward by this management. What would seem to be easy money below 10c could very well explode in ones face at the last minute. I did post a couple of weeks ago that I did believe this takeover would eventuate. Given that there has been plenty of opportunity for them to withdraw the offer but they have chosen not to, would suggest it will happen. I was hoping for a counter bid but given the present situation that would appear to be very unlikely. When we finally do get our cheques in the mail, it will close a dark chapter that promised so much but unfortunately delivered so little.
DISASTER is the one single word that automatically springs to mind.
