Bear head is not the sort of asset that you can sell quickly by reducing the price like an apartment or a car. Now is not a good time for selling LNG related assets.
I fear that the business would be insolvent before you could get it under contract.
I think the best approach is to approach IDG or somebody and try to get them to take a majority stake and raise capital.
Even a 5c price would save it.
