Im sure that this will lead to bta.. Someone 'needed' to get a hand out.. Atleast we get a slight rise in current price, but the big story is the connection.. Bet your bottom dollar that we will get a chinese bta.. The chinese just needed to get 'paid' which this deal will do when ofcourse they sign the bta and price reflects.. Just the way business and dare i say politics works these days..
