I wonder what the share price would have been if LNG had offered a CR at 50c for 56million shares to raise $28 mill from current shareholders? I guess most have assessed that a BTA is more likely over the next year or so. Is there any other way to rationalise the reaction?

the company who bought shares, must have a very extensive connection and assist in opening the door for BTA to be signed if you read the announcement. sometimes its not about the placement shares but who that company is and what they can do to unlock what needed to be done..so must be a positive reaction towards the placement.
