    Why not just tap the market for a capital raise?

    Loan at 12.5% pa interest rate doesn't seem very good, nor does dilution via options of which the exercise price is not even yet established (75% or the 30 day average prior to exercise of the options).

    Would be interested to get some other people's take on this.
