...with the market being so whacko at the moment you may well be right ...but it's a pretty bizarre scenario for an investor to be holding off based on whether finance is at 7% or 9% as opposed to waiting to see if they could sort out a FCI with a govt, get their product qualified, find a reputable non-Chinese cornerstone investor and raise $110 mio debt from quasi government lenders ...and then still be able to punt on the stock at 6.5c ...
