    This is a nice announcement.

    Apparently there were multiple lenders in credit meetings last month so hopefully this announcement reinforces the credentials of the project and another lender is just around the corner.

    Also Macquarie Capital were on the search for potential JV partners, so this latest announcement certainly doesn't hurt in that regard either.
