BUT!!!!.....Next paragraph says:-
Conditional etc....
THEN:- Repayment by offsetting money owed to Abbotsleigh(????) by Gandel Metals(????)
(Q How much money is owed between these 2 non related AGS Businesses?)
BUT!!!.... After all the above "Mumbo Gumbo" doesn't happen
We do pay interest (&fees????) but we aren't told what interest/fee's terms will be.
I don't trust management have the shareholder interests at heart.
I feel this announcement is a very doggy arrangement which lacks detail and full disclosure.
