If ags has agreed to the terms and conditions of the JV then bad luck.
Pitty this JV was never made public. Now that would have been the first thing an investor would have a right to know if he was making an decision whether to invest or not.
I am still amazed at the ambiguity of the announcements being made.
Self preservation or worse still an asset strip.
