Unbelievable. A company with no current prospects or future, repeated errors in judgement...is going to attempt to capital raise?? This more smokes and mirrors as it's an internal loan which is going to be paid for by new shareholders.....the current one's ,unless they are dumbasses, aren't gonna touch this with a 10ft barge pole. These guys are have over promised and under delivered with 100% strike rate.
