I'm currently embroiled in a shareholder backlash at Nexus energy where the chairman has waited to the last minute before leaving the company, placing a low-ball offer to shareholders and buying all the company's debt so as to place it in a 'bear-hug', threatening administration if shareholders don't vote for the Scheme of Arrangement. IMO the greed and self interest from Kerry Stokes, Don Voelte through to the CEO is extraordinary.

Why do I mention this? So as to thank Ralph for putting his $1,000,000 in CSD without raping shareholders along the way. Whilst there have been many missed targets, I believe Ralph has always supported shareholders' interests and not diluted us excessively over the years.

Thanks Ralph, I was starting to worry where we were going to raise capital from!
