Bit of a boring wet afternoon where I am. A good time to catch up on Research Reports I haven't read including RAAS's GAS update from November which had this gem.
"Industry noise suggests, a recent east coast supply deal (for GAS) may have been struck at or near a $15-18/gj (anecdotal and unconfirmed) in a clear signal, gas is still required and is hard to source."
None us know the deal that was struck for Odin-1 gas supply although the quarterly will give some insight. I had been running Odin-1 in my cashflow at $12/gj. An increase to $15/gj has a major impact on the cash from Odin-1 and could push MEL a lot closer to profitability.
Anyone else trying to estimate Odin-1 cashflow? What are you plugging in for a sales price/GJ?
