10% is not high this is a commercial loan with security which is not a residential house hence the loan is not on a resi rate …. I think MEL or any other company with similar security on offer would be more than pleased with the rate in place.
the debt isn’t the problem it’s who the debt is held by that is an issue, I would rather the company look into drilling Odin-2 or 3 than to repay debt.
