regardless we have a majority funder / shareholder seemingly creating issues which have a detrimental impact on the ability of the business to continue as a going concern. I would hope regardless of whether KBC and MEL can make up that MEL choose to refinance the debt - depending on how the quarterly looks it may be that the company can repay the KBC debt by simply drawing down the residual GC loan and using operating cashflow but it could be very tight.
