    MEL run a significantly leaner ship with staff and admin costs of 500k for 6 months vs VENs 2.8m for 6 months - if anything VEN would get significant synergies from a merger rather than the other way round. Let’s see what pans out in the near term but KBC are no good what games will they try and play as a VEN shareholder is the question ….
