They are literally running at a massive loss, most of the money goes to their staff, they are almost out of money, and there seems no way they are going to be able to manage to raise funding to kick the can down the road this time.

It appears like this will be the last full quarter they exist in at all. The figures in the quarterly next month are going to be shocking; we know their rate of cash burn, we know they're nearly out of money, we know this is now the 11th hour and there is no CR announcement to be seen, and it's pretty clear that even if CFO hadn't made a complete mockery of itself, it would be difficult to find anyone willing to throw money at it in this economic climate.

The writing is on the wall at this point. If by some miracle they do manage to secure some funds, the dilution will be nasty and it will have to be done at a substantial discount; the share price will crash.

But, I think going into administration and ceasing to exist entirely is more likely within the next three months, probably within one month at this point.

You can't keep burning money when you have no more money, and they simply don't have enough money or income to continue to exist for another quarter, or even half way through the next quarter.
