    Why immediate Sayonara? I now know that debt settlement time short, but If there is a consortium of lenders ready to restructure and recapitalise as reported by the administrators, Alita, and the AFR, why can't the loan be paid using this? Wasn't the OCP and Keshik deal reported to be 60M, (paying off debt and working capital) with each receiving 10% of company?
