Don't get me wrong, I am all but certain INF will make it happen, one way or another. I suppose if it takes a bit longer, it'll give us all time to accumulate anyway.
Another thing to consider... Spanish Municipal elections are due next year. I think I'll be doing some reading about Spanish politics this weekend... I know who the big players are, but no more than that.
