most materials have risen far more than 10-20%, and then there is labour component to consider. Have you not noticed apartment projects, government projects being shelved or put on hold. Also the amount of building companies going under. Are all examples of 30-40% comment. The period to actually braking ground will be far more protracted than most can comprehend. Dealing with delays from external consultants etc. I’m all for this project and I’m very positive on it, just being realistic to current industry issues.
