Just received a phone call on behalf of NAE trying to gauge my interest in the SPP. I asked him what would happen if the allocation is not taken up and his opinion was that Lochinvar may possibly be delayed or scaled back somewhat. I asked about soph/insto picking up the remainder, it will have to be approved by shareholders as they have filled their quota already, as we already know.
