This placement, if approved by shareholders, will take RCF V to an ownership level of 29%. "

Why are we still waiting for this? Is there anyone that has seen a definite date of when this will take place?

I agree with others that management are starting to drop the ball re: generating interest. I cant see what people are waiting for...
