Existing infrastructure and closeness to markets.
Should have incredible IRR. Most coal companies look at $50 to $100 per tonne just for transport. This should be $30 max on existing train lines and ports . No huge infrastructure capex? The Achilles heals of most coal projects..
So mining and washing cost may be $5 to $10 higher due to faulting and coal quality. The real value is in infrastructure. And lochinvar has it in spades...
RCF has teams of geos and engineers and thinks 4.5mill at 6.5c is a great deal.
Just need the market to realise.
Fund from uk sold 12 mill and their selling is finished.
So get on soon this one will take off
