At time posting, NAE was 1c
If NAE increases 300% to 4c, NAEO would only be valued at 1c, which is only which is a 150% increase, underperforming the heads
As for time value premium, there is minimal time value, and even reverse timevalue would be applied since they are so far out of the money with only 1 year left
Options only outperform the heads after the 400% mark, so heads would have to increase more than 400%
ie if heads 10 bag, options would 16.5bag
