I contacted Gary (MD) again to enquire about management's plans to market/promote NAE so the general market can correctly value it's assets (clearly this is missing at the moment). He's planning a broker roadshow in April, together with an updated company presentation to raise NAE's profile. The Board's thinking on Lochinvar is a JV to develop the project if a sale of this asset doesn't eventuate over the coming months - a strategic meeting is planned in the UK for June to discuss these matters. Gary also mentioned their financial situation is reasonably healthy so a CR would be highly unlikely this year, especially given the current share price (he's projected they'll still have around $700k in 12 months time). Crazy shareholders selling at the moment with expected newsflow, I would be buying more shares at the current price if I had spare funds.
