todays ann doesnt impact MIN a lot from the current levels as before NWE T/O it was sitting around this price level with IO and LIT prospects etc...

offer of MIN wasnt fair but it never is fair but certainly was best on the table... and I as minnow sh had no choice but to suck it up....
