All it means is those that choose to Convert or have already Converted (taken up the offer) will receive CGT relief.
There is no indication (yet) that MINs offer will be revoked after this fact. They still want 100% of NWE.
I still see little risk in continuing to hold because of what Ive just stated above. Those that do take up the offer or sell, I wish them luck.
