To me the negatives are 1. cost ($1million is a decent percentage of our cash) and 2. the risk that the problem can't be solved or costs more to solve putting us at risk of not being able to fund our commitments - (low risk imo and not something I am worried about).
Overall not something I am selling into but the market may very well do so
