Norm is to squeeze the cement out of the casing into the annulus & let it set before they release the rig, which is why they've mentioned 'milling the cement sitting inside the casing & then re-cement it for testing'. This will slightly delay the rig release, until the casing is cemented for the upcoming flowtest.
