per @Ya levels below I calculated cement should at worst filled up to 100m above TD so 4174 depending on brine cement mixing in the casing there could be a bit more cement made it into annulus.

9" casing was at 3097m
Dongara at 3117,
Wagina 3165m,
Kingia 4041m,
HCS 4172m
5.5" float collar at 4220m
TD (8.5" Open hole) 4274m

Hopefully a mill job and re-cement job goes smoothly and after rig removal the casing can be perforated with wire line perf gun and, hopefully, Bob’s your uncle. You’ll be glad you bought more at 2c by Christmas 2021 not Easter 2022
