pottermore, just wondering how you know whom is the beneficiary of each nominee holding. it is usually such a secret business hence the type of holding. The little research I've done show at attempt in early 1940' s to rid the secrecy behind this type of holding but never succeeded. When talking about possible movement of takeover and gaining shares in a hidden manner I think it should be outlawed... the repercussions to the value of the share price is also held back. Upfront and businesslike .. i favour!
