Would be great to catch up one day and a drink or two, we have discussed much over the last couple of years.
With regard to the "Best and final as to the offer Consideration" I am a bit unsure as to the time line when MIN can present another offer. It is a bit of a grey area from what I can decipher with ASIC and corp regs.
Just worries me that statement, these guys are up to speed on what can & cant be done.
