The current drilling of two wells and the 3D are funded.
Organising a cap raising takes time, it is not as simple as the BOD just saying lets get 10 mill in.
Also, while CE does not care much about NWE or people opinions of him, you would be staggered at the ego's on these people and there are limits to how much bad publicity they are willing to suffer.
Not saying it will make him play nice, but there are limits.
