1) There is likely to be a few holders selling early into the drill to balance their own risk.
2) I would expect a massive surge on a good result as so many fewer shares on offer and many will have already sold
3) No MIN cannot do anything (Legally) to suppress the share price. The iron ore and lithium prices will do that
