    so if we assume the MIN takeover is unsuccessful, and NWE remains as an entity and on the ASX.

    Next concern will be the funding of ongoing activities and the liquidity of NWE.

    Given MIN will still be a majority shareholder, does anyone think they will play a large role in any CR to fund this - or do you think NWE will be forced to go to market ?
