    I hold ~half a million shares; still not small considering my age compared to you guys.

    For me to consider any takeover, as it all stands currently, it will need to be:

    - Above 50 cents a share before approvals of PSA and MIC

    - Above $1 a share after approvals and before first pour

    - Above $1.50 a share at first pour or immediately there after
