Yes I would buy cheaper, but truth be told, 224 g last quarterly admin 164 k.
Cash will have to come from somewhere, a fine balancing act on the push upwards and jv before raising at a discount. Unless jv talks includes the parties include a small investment say 1.5 mil in to the coffers at a decent price. All theoretical but needs cash to move ahead.
