maybe, maybe not need to drill it first but if you are not a short term trader and can see the plan unfold then its worth a shot at 1.4 cents, thats for sure......grub l dont know if the way you invest but l suppose if they were drilling these hot targets we would not be 1.4 cents so anyone buying here will do well in the long run....
