I’m not quite sure why it has to be transferred to Tons account though..MCC are a Chinese company rather than the local one they were using in Moz as Jinan own 34% of the company they could raise the cash transfer what they need to MCC as and when needed. I suppose it’s who actually applied for the funding where the complication comes in is it Jinan on Tons behalf is it Ton who knows.
I get the earthworks contract but there has to be ways around this maybe someone didn’t outside the box initially.
I to believe there could be FOMO this time because this is the first time we’ve heard we are mobilising to site and there is stuff moving on the ground in Moz. Moz opens up more this month let’s see what happens exciting times ahead and I feel we’re getting really close hope there’s no more hurdles.
